**What will be your mission?**:
Are you searching for a new career opportunity? We are looking for a Revenue Coordinator to join our Revenue Management Team in Madrid to support a European region.

As a Revenue Coordinator you will be joining a dynamic team at the MINOR Hotel Europe and Americas. Being part of this team means you will be working in a commercial and strategic work environment. In this function you will be responsible for supporting the revenue management team with the tactical planning and execution of tasks and day to day management of business intelligence to maximize revenues and profitability and to ensure our revenue management service remains at the highest level.

**What will you do?**:
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Support the Regional Revenue team by optimizing the business mix to maximize total hotel revenue streams.
- Continuously conduct in-depth analyses to evaluate and adapt strategies.
- Ensure correct visibility of products & rates in all channels and for each segment.
- Close co-operation with all departments and hotels, promote communication and achieve company goals.
- Collaboration in reporting for the execution of data analyses as well as production of demand and capacity forecasts.
- Support the Cluster and Revenue Managers with displacement analysis of group business as needed to determine the impact on RevPAR & TRevPAR.
- Ensure that all data and reporting is of high quality.
- Gain solid knowledge of various systems; PMS, Revenue Management Systems (Duetto), Distribution Systems (GDS, Synxis, OTA Extranets).

**What are we looking for?**:
**EXPERIENCE**

Minimum 1 year in a Revenue Management related role.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree level - preferably in Tourism, Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and German; knowledge of additional language is highly valuable.
- Preferably knowledge of SAP and Duetto.

- Highly quantitative analytical skills.
- Ability to understand how to support the team in their daily work.
- Results driven and focused on detail.
- Ability to analyze data and trends.
- Capacity to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Proficiency to work on your own and as part of a team and being able to build strong and positive working relationships.
- Having business and commercial sense.

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**
- The position reports directly to the Regional Revenue Manager.
- Located in MINOR Hotels Europe & Americas Office (C / Santa Engracia 120, Madrid - Spain)
- Full time (Hybrid Work Environment, 3 days at office - 2 days at home).
- Access to training platforms both internal and external.
- Availability for required travel.
