You have knowledge of:
- A progressive track record and minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Leasing
- Experience managing projects in Spain and Portugal and a good knowledge of both markets.
- Good communication skills in English, Spanish and Portuguese languages, both written and spoken.
**Responsibilities**:
Ingka Centres is in the middle of an exciting journey where we create and develop shopping centres. As Lease Manager, you have an important function in this journey by securing the right and most relevant retail partners in our shopping centres. Together with your team, you will make sure we achieve a sustainable and maximized revenue growth based on the successful execution of the agreed lease plan. You will be responsible for the leasing agenda in our shopping centres in Spain and Portugal.
Moreover, you will:
Secure short-term and long-term asset development by working with lease premises in existing and future shopping centres projects.
Be responsible to negotiate the most favorable conditions for the shopping centres by preparing a clear feasibility study and negotiations strategy.
Analyze and identify the latest trends and deep business insight to ensure those are brought into business planning and negotiations to improve our offer and ensure the offer is consistent and coherent to customer needs.
Lead and develop strong and long-lasting partnerships with key players, enlarging their presence in shopping centres and supporting their commercial performance.
In this position, you will be based in Madrid, Spain.

The purpose of the Operations function is to optimise the shopping centres experience for the many people and deliver sustainable business growth for our Partners and shopping centres. Moreover to, achieve operational results, drive efficiency improvements and enhance commercial performance and brand value of the shopping centres.
