Integrado en el equipo de Property Management y reportando al Portfolio Manager/ Gerente/ Lease Manager/Head of Department participará en la gestión patrimonial de los distintos inmuebles que la compañía tiene en cartera.Desarrollará tareas de gestión patrimonial ofreciendo a cada cliente un servicio profesional de administración a medida, con el principal objetivo de controlar los arrendamientos y maximizar la rentabilidad de sus activos inmobiliarios.Entre sus principales tareas cabe destacar:- Participar en las renegociaciones de contratos de arrendamiento. - Revisión y redacción de documentos contractuales - Interlocución con inquilinos para asuntos contractuales. - Trabajo administrativo. - Control facturación. - Apoyo en el control de Fianzas y Garantías adicionales, etc. - Interlocución con propietarios. - Gestión administrativa de Comunidades de Propietarios /EUCsREQUISITOS:Estudios mínimos:Titulado preferiblemente en Derecho, Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Economía o similar. Uso fluido del idioma inglés (First o similar) y manejo fluido del paquete Office.Experiencia mínima:Experiencia mínima a valorar en función del candidato, en Departamentos financieros o de administración en empresas constructoras, Despachos de abogados, promotoras o consultoras inmobiliarias.Requisitos mínimos:Autonomía, dotes de organización, así como carácter resolutivo y proactivo.
