- User experience - knowledge of how to structure and present information in all touchpoints that makes sense to end users
- Process thinking - knowledge of planning and maintaining a work process with an end-to-end thinking
- Technical aspects of Tenant coordination in Meeting Place
- MS Office tool
- AutoCad

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Tenant Coordinator your main mission is to ensure a qualitative and smooth tenant on-boarding and off-boarding process in the Ingka Centres Meeting Places by securing thorough compliance with relevant standards and procedures in tenant collaboration.

Also, you will:

- provide support during changes or relocation of existing tenants in thorough compliance with relevant standards and procedures
- support Leasing Teams during negotiations regarding technical documents, hand-over conditions and fit-out works
- maintain updates to common standardized procedures, specifications and manuals relating to all Tenant coordination matters
- make sure that Tenants understands and follow our design and construction criteria, as well as internal safety & security requirements
- lead, manage and support external tenant coordination service providers

In this role you will report to the Sales & Leasing Administration Team Leader and be located in Madrid, Spain.

As a Tenant Coordinator at Ingka Centres you will be a part of the Operations Function. The purpose of the Operations function is to optimize the Meeting Place experience for the many people and deliver sustainable business growth for our Partners and Meeting Places. It is also to achieve operational results, drive efficiency improvements and enhance commercial performance and brand value of the Meeting Places.
