You bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a support function with tight deadlines and analytical data management supporting internal clients. All in all, you have been in administrative support for 5 years or more and are a wiz with all MS Office tools, especially Excel. In your career you have participated in cross-function collaborations providing support to your stakeholders and this is the part that brings you the most satisfaction in your day to day work life.

What you'll be doing day to day

To ensure qualitative sales & leasing data management and analysis to support all relevant stakeholders with most updated information
- Delivers accurate and timely sales & leasing data analysis to Operations Domain and other stakeholders including miscellaneous relevant ad-hoc requests
- Provides support to sales & leasing teams and MPs in regards to data consistency check and actively supports them to correct the data upon the need to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- In close collaboration with Business Solutions ensures the most efficient data management process and tools
- Ensures all required data is accurately stored and organized and can be promptly provided upon request
- Collaborates with relevant stakeholders in MPs, Domains, centres of expertise and other stakeholders to be able to receive any needed relevant information required for reports, meetings or presentations related to lease data as well as shares analysis results with relevant stakeholders
- Prepares lease data materials, presentations and documentation requested by Domain co-workers in a thorough and well-organized manner to ensure the data presented or reported appears in a structured, clear and professional way.
