**Responsabilities**: We are looking for a **Team Lead Accounting Hub EMEA** to work in a multinational company. Its products and services are designed to benefit people and improve their quality of life. A Team Leader Regional Accounting Hub EMEA who is responsible for the Product Accounting and Inventory Valuation, Value Flow Management and Service Accounting of the EMEA region. **You will be responsible for**: - Reporting of P&L and Balance Sheet data that serves as the basis for business decision of our Pharma, Consumer Health and Crop Science business. - Deliver compliant financial statements in group (IRFS) and local reports on a "fit for purpose" base and certified by external and internal auditors. - Drive improvements - aligned with the overall strategy - through digitalization and by leveraging Data Analytics. - Successfully run the country transitions into our Regional Hub by set-up, reinforce, and ensure stable and efficient operations. - Leading the team by setting up, communicating, and living the team purpose, while developing the people ensuring upskilling, inclusion and diversity. **Experience**: - 7+ years of experience, or an MBA/MS with 5+ years of experience - Experience in Product Cost Accounting / Inventory Valuation as well as in cost accounting / controlling **Knowledge**: - Strong Leadership skills and professional standing - Customer oriented mind-set, change management capabilities - Strong accounting judgement and advanced IRFS knowledge - Business knowledge or ability to quickly learn - Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills - Ownership and proactivity in getting things done **Studies**: - BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business **Languages**: - High level of English spoken and written.
