Junior Business Development Manager

**Areas of Responsibility**:
The Junior Business Development Manager will be part of the ERG’s Business Development and M&A team in Spain, with the aim of managing and supporting the permitting/authorization process of wind and PV projects among the Iberian Region. The role will cover all the different stages starting from the greenfield development, with the possibility to support through M&A, project under development, RtB or in Operations.
Among the other things, the role will be required to be part in:
- relations with local authorities during the development of a project,
- negotiation and consolidation of the relationship with land owners,
- analysis of the National and Regional Plan,
- relations with strategical partners and consultants involved in the process.
Furthermore, to the existing and owned pipeline, the Junior Business Development Manager will support the team in:
- scouting new opportunities and follow the due diligence process,
- negotiations and implementation of new projects (cooperation agreement, pipeline acquisition, tendering process, due diligence ),
- managing the existing investment (auction procedure, support during construction of new projects, financing ).
**Studies**:
Business Administration or Engineering with a technical background in wind or PV projects ( scouting, development, energy assessment, layout)
**Work Experience**:
Requirement of 4 years (at least) of experience in the Renewable Energy Market
**Languages**:
Spanish (mother tongue) and English. Italian would be a plus.
**IT Skills**:
Microsoft Office Package and the use of Autocad or other technical software will be a plus.
**Additional Information**:
Place work: Madrid (Pozuelo) with the requirement and availability to travel.
