**The Role**:
We are looking for an energetic and ambitious **Business Development Manager for Southern Europe** to drive growth in markets such as **Spain, Italy**, Portugal, Greece, and Israel.
You'll play a key role in developing partnerships, managing distributors, and engaging directly with hospitals, radiology centers, and urology specialists. This is a broad, hands-on commercial role with **real influence and visibility** within a fast-scaling company.
**What You'll Do**:
- Develop and execute a commercial strategy for your region
- Identify and onboard new distributors and partners
- Build and nurture strong relationships with hospitals, radiology centers, and KOLs
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation
- Represent the company at regional conferences and events
- Collaborate closely with senior management on strategic initiatives
**What We're Looking For**:
- **4+ years' experience** in business development or sales to **hospitals**, preferably **within AI healthcare, radiology, medical imaging, urology, or medtech.**
- Experience in direct sales to clinicians and distributor/partner management
- Experience building partnerships or distributor networks
- Fluent in **English** and **Spanish or Italian**
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, independent, and results-driven
- Comfortable working remotely and travelling regularly across your territory
