You will focus on sales and customer service. **Your day-to-day**: - Pitch the BFI method and provide Customer Service support over Phone, E-mail, or Chat. - Guide them in the enrollment process. - Bring solutions at the very first contact anytime it is possible. - Deliver a WOW experience every time. - Follow up with doubts when needed. - Advise if is the right training experience for you. **Your profile**: - Your first language is German. - Fluent Spanish. - Based in Madrid. - Willingness and Attitude. - Tech-savvy. - Team worker. - Ability to work under pressure (at peaks, don’t freak out). - "Nothing is impossible" mindset. **Nice to have**: - Previous experience in Sales and Customer Service. - Experience in the fitness sector. - Innate taste for sales. **Perks**: - Indefinite contract with probationary period of 2 months. - Fixed salary + variable/per month. - Free trainings in any of their own centers + English training + full work material. - Monday - Friday, rotating schedules. - Hybrid work. 2-3 days on-site and 2-3 days of telework with flexibility. - Free fruit at the office.
