Customer Service Manager Madrid Centro
Importante laboratorio, distribuidor y comercializador de medicamentos y productos sanitarios, busca incorporar a su plantilla un/a Customer Service Manager
Como futuro Customer Service Manager tus principales funciones se centrarán en la creación, implantación y seguimiento de la política y procedimiento de atención al cliente establecida por la compañía. Asegurando que su equipo cumple con las funciones establecidas para dar un buen servicio al cliente.
Para encajar en el puesto, deberás contar con conocimiento de los modulos de Customer Service en SAP (nível avanzado preferiblemente)
Experiência fuerte e imprescindible en la gestión de Concursos en España, si posible en el entorno farmacéutico, Experiência en aspectos legales y regulatory, timings, deadlines, comunicación, herramientas (plataformas ) Nível avanzado de inglés (Nível C1 mínimo).
Business Partnering fuerte (proporcionando un servicio excelente al departamento comercial)
Supply (Gestión de inventarios y previsiones / comunicación gestión de roturas)
Management (se requiere experiência en gestión de equipos).
