**About the client**:
In collaboration with an international company that is a leader in pharmaceutical research and marketing, which works to improve people's health, we seek to incorporate a Commercial Delegate to its Girona team that provides solutions with products for different pathologies and with the aim of improving the health of their patients. Target is a mix: of medical care and pharmacies
**Responsibilities**:
- Promote and control sales for the assignment area, both for sell-in and sell-out, through knowledge of the manageable and technical-commercial issues of the Company and the Products, the management of materials P.O.P at the point of sale, of the commercial and promotional policies of the clients including the respective e-commerce stores and through knowledge of the competition at a technical, commercial, and marketing level.
- Schedule, plan, and prepare each visit, using the sales data made available by the Company and by the Clients, promptly reporting their own work according to the company's indications.
- Carry out visiting activities according to the priorities and objectives assigned with the expected frequencies, to the doctors in your area in order to present the Company and its products.
- Visit potential and active clients regularly, guaranteeing an average of one visit per month to each client,
- Maintain and take care of relationships with already active clients, with the aim of implementing collaboration and loyalty over time and developing the market in the area of competence, identifying new potential clients.
- Achieve the economic (turnover and margins) and financial (deferral - percentage of non-payment) objectives shared with the Area Manager, in compliance with the commercial policy of the laboratory.
- Collaborate and coordinate with the other collaborators of the company that operates in the territory (Key Account, Training Tutor, other departments, etc.) and with the collaborators of the headquarters.
- Actively participate in area and national meetings, as well as in events organized by the company in the territory (Seminars, conventions) and/or in Europe.

**Relevant Professional / Educational Background**:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or scientific knowledge.
- Professional experience at least 3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
