**Your Job**
**We are looking for a Sales Profile with a Business background who has an interest in science and/or photonics.**
The role of the **Sales Development Representative **is to take the lead through the **sales pipeline end to end, **from prospecting clients to closing the clients and building the relationship for their renewals while working on shortening sales cycles.
The main responsibilities will be to work with the business development team to **identify potential clients, and growth opportunities, understand the product, **and increase the clients’ conversion**.**
The team philosophy is the cooperative work between product developers, data analysts, and designers and the execution of the marketing strategy, where the judgment and opinion of the members matter.
The team is highly international, with English as an official language, and the **working environment is dynamic and flexible.**
**What requirements are we looking for?**
- Willing to do 1:1 sales and build relationships with the industry decision-makers.
- Motivated, participatory, dynamic, and resolute, with rigor and autonomous learning, and willing to work in a startup environment
- Results-oriented.
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Ability to understand data representation.
- Domestic and International traveling will be required monthly.
- Optics and photonics curiosity & scientific passion,
- Communicative and empathic skills
- With experience in CRM tools like Hubspot
**Location**: Remote-first working environment, UPC Campus Nord, Carrer de Jordi Girona, 1-3, C3 S1, 08034 Barcelona
