Megamo is an international bicycle brand in full expansion, and we are looking for a Customer Support & Technical After Sales Specialist to support our Italian and English-speaking markets and distributors. This is a strategic role that combines customer service, technical after-sales support and operational coordination. If you are passionate about cycling, have strong technical skills, and enjoy helping customers and international partners, we want to hear from you Responsibilities:• Provide support to customers, distributors, and sales representatives in Italian and English. • Resolve after-sales incidents efficiently and professionally. • Offer technical support related to mechanics, warranties, spare parts and product setups. • Maintain and update technical documentation and spare parts databases. • Coordinate with the international sales team on operations, orders, deliveries and commercial needs. • Manage orders, stock availability, inquiries and day-to-day support for the Italian and international markets. • Participate in training sessions for technical and commercial teams in different markets. Profile Requirements:• Previous experience in customer service and after-sales support. • Strong technical knowledge of bicycles (MTB, road, gravel, e-bikes). • Fluent Italian + English (Spanish and other languages will be valued). • Communicative, proactive, problem-solving and results-oriented mindset. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and continuous improvement mentality. • Experience using B2 B platforms and digital tools. • Residence in Girona or nearby areas (100% on-site position).
