We are looking for an Operations Business Partner to join our team in Barcelona.
The Operations Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to Content Operations leadership and Operations function by managing a collaborative operational cadence. This role will provide business operational support to standardize, automate and continuously improve business functions, including: monthly KPI reviews, reporting and analysis, planning and forecasting support and talent, hiring and productivity reviews.

What will you be doing in this role?
- Prepare and standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review.
- Develop, track and analyze KPIs that drive business insights for growth, productivity, and incentive objectives, identify potential performance areas for improvement in collaboration with Operational Excellence.
- Partner across Operations to support financial planning and forecasting models and data.
- Support all Business Review presentations and participate in extended leadership meetings.
- Be a visible, collaborative, and accessible leader across the operations teams.
- Follow up on the agreed Operational activities.

Hours of Work
This is a permanent full-time position at 40 hours a week (35 hours during July and August). The position is hybrid going to our office in Barcelona (next to Sagrada Familia) 2-3 times per week.
