**Job description**:
As the Legal Manager for International Business Operations, you will lead a dynamic, multicultural team specializing in commercial law. Joining a globally established organization, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a Consultancy Firm at Group Level and support various legal areas such as business and procurement contracts, real estate, intellectual property, insurance, litigation, and business licenses.

**Your missions**:
**Team Management**
- Lead and develop a diverse team of legal professionals, fostering in-house expertise aligned with the Group's strategic objectives.
- Mentor junior legal advisors and enhance team performance.

**Strategic Legal Advisory**
- Provide expert advice on business opportunities, including risk mitigation strategies.
- Investigate and report on legal risks tied to operations, offering actionable solutions to senior stakeholders.

**Contract and Agreement Management**
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including contracts, NDAs, partnerships, and sub-contracts, across multiple jurisdictions.
- Streamline contractual processes and enhance operational efficiency through legal database management.

**Legal Compliance and Risk Management**
- Advise on international regulatory matters, ensuring compliance across all regions.
- Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases, coordinating with external counsel when necessary.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**
- Partner with business leaders to align legal strategies with operational objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing within the Group by organizing legal training sessions and ensuring information flow across departments.

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Oversee matters related to insurance and business licenses globally.
- Drive and manage legal projects, ensuring timely follow-up and delivery such as the delivery on an internal legal chatbot to optimize legal support.

**Your profile**
- Master’s degree in Law with 7+ years of post-qualification experience, including at least 4 years in IT, Telecom, Consulting, or related Technology sectors.
- Proven expertise in commercial, contractual, and international law; intellectual property experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in **French (native level) and English (professional level)**.
- Exceptional skills in communication, reporting, and risk management.
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities and organizational skills.
- Mastery of generative AI (ex: ChatGPT, etc ) and automation tools (PowerAutomate etc ) is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity
