**CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AGENT with Dutch and English**

**No Experience needed**

**Objective of the position**:
Our **Agents** will serve as the primary point of contact for vehicle owners, addressing and resolving all requests related to their vehicle through multiple channels.

**Responsibilities of the Agents**:

- Remote Assitance: Identifying and address the root causes of the assitance requests.
- Record all the the Customer contact in order to track the activities.
- Carry out database updates, report writing and reporting.

**We are looking for you if**:

- You have an excellent command of** English** and you also have strong language skills** bilingual and/or native** in** Dutch.**:

- You are available to work onsite.
- You have availability to work weekends.
- You have knowledge of document management and operate dedicated document management platforms.
- You are a person with excellent oral and written communication skills.
