**SENIOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AGENT with Dutch and English**

**This is your role at MSX**
**Objective of the position**:
Our **Agents** will serve as the primary point of contact for vehicle owners, addressing and resolving all requests related to their vehicle through multiple channels.
**Responsibilities of the Agents**:
- Complex Case Management: Handle escalated and more intricate cases, requiring a deep understanding of the issue and the ability to provide well-thought-out solutions;
- Work closely with internal and external teams to resolve cases, ensuring smooth communication and a timely resolution;
- Continouos case monitoring: tracking the progress of complex cases from intitiation to closure;
- Carry out database updates, report writing and reporting.

**We are looking for you if**:
- You have **minimun 2 years** of experience in Customer Service or Customer Care or Contact Center roles.
- You have **good proficiency in English** and you also have strong language skills** bilingual and/or native** in** Dutch.**:
- You are available to work onsite.
- You have availability to work weekends.
- You have knowledge of document management and operate dedicated document management platforms.
- You are a person with excellent oral and written communication skills.
