Dutch Speaker Customer Support Agent

Our international client is looking for a **Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent** to work **remotely from anywhere in Spain.**

**Responsibilities**
- Answer inbound calls from customers to provide after-sales support, schedule appointments, provide commercial information, as well as other services as requested by the company within guidelines/goals established by the client and contact center management.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in high-quality Customer Service support would be ideal (B2C).
- Good and professional communication skills.
- Native level of Dutch fluent level of English.
- Available to work full time 39 hours a week, scheduled between 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 7h30 am - 4h30pm Saturday and Sunday, rotating.
- Start by the 31st October
