We work for the main brands of passenger cars, industrial vehicles, and agricultural machinery.

**The duties you will perform on a day-to-day basis are as follows**:**
- You will follow up with the customer until the final solution to their query.
- You will issue reminder calls and follow up on incidents, achieving maximum satisfaction.
- You will carry out database updates, report writing and reporting.

**We are looking for you if**:

- You have an excellent command of English and you also have strong language skills bilingual and/or native in**Dutch AND German.**:

- You are able to travel to our offices to attend the training period.
- You have availability to work weekends and rotating schedules.
- You have knowledge of document management and operate dedicated document management platforms.
- You are a person with excellent oral and written communication skills.
