Surely you know that we are more than 500 automotive professionals in Spain and Portugal developing and implementing solutions that improve our customers' business processes and results. We work for the main brands of passenger cars, industrial vehicles, and agricultural machinery.

Our Customer Experience area works with a proactive and dynamic approach. Here we all contribute ideas, make decisions and collaborate so that each customer feels unique, special and fully satisfied with our service.

Do you know how to understand customer needs and set priorities in management? Do you know how to identify and solve their needs while transmitting a brand image?

**The duties you will perform on a day-to-day basis are as follows**:

- You will follow up with the customer until the final solution to their query.
- You will issue reminder calls and follow up on incidents, achieving maximum satisfaction.
- You will carry out database updates, report writing and reporting.

**We are looking for you if**:

- You have an excellent command of English and you also have strong language skills** bilingual and/or native** in**French AND German.**:

- You are able to travel to our offices to attend the training period.
- You have availability to work weekends and rotating schedules.
- You have knowledge of document management and operate dedicated document management platforms.
- You are a person with excellent oral and written communication skills.
