As Head of Talent, you will lead efforts to support our diverse, global team with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and organiational development. **_ Objectives_** You will identify opportunities to build new commercial relationships with pharmaceutical brands, levering our virtual care platform to offer a variety of beyond-the-pill, patient support initiatives. You will: - Attract top-tier talent to support our growth - Foster a positive and productive company culture. - Lead our Abi Academy support and training program - Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. - Contribute to company development as a member of our Leadership Team. **_Tasks_** - Lead recruitment efforts, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, conducting interviews, and managing the selection process. - Manage onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization. - Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive work environment. - Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational development initiatives. - Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters. - Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws. - Contribute to performance management processes. - Support employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction. - Collaborate with leadership on strategic HR planning aligned with business objectives. - Manage relationships with external recruiters. **Requirements**: You are available for a full time role based in Ireland, the UK or Spain. **_ Your attributes_** - Highly motivated with a passion for contributing to organizational success. - Ability to manage your time independently and efficiently. - Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building positive relationships. - Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic nature of a fast-growing, global organization. - Integrity and trustworthiness, ensuring adherence to ethical standards. - Comfortable in a startup environment and open to professional growth. **_Your skills_** - Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources roles. - Familiarity with the technology and/or healthcare sectors is advantageous. - Previous experience with talent acquisition and recruitment processes. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficient in HR software (we use Factorial & Workable at the moment). - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in major European countries - Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in major countries globally - Ability to work in a cross-functional and collaborative team environment. - Fluent spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage) **Benefits** **We look forward to learning more about you** - €60,000 - €80,000 gross annual salary - Private health insurance - Travel insurance - Classpass fitness membership - Coursera online training from top universities - Netflix, HBO, or Disney+ account **_What Else_** - You will work in a dynamic, international environment with colleagues, clients and partners from around the world. - You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and your career quickly and to establish yourself in a fast-growing company with global ambitions. - You will be able to offer your friends and family free access to the Abi virtual care service, and use it yourself.
