Head of Growth – Mobile Social Sports & GamingWe’re partnering with a fast-growing mobile social sports & gaming startup that combines casual free-to-play gameplay with a sweepstakes-based real-money model. With exclusive partnerships across major sports leagues and a rapidly expanding audience, this company is uniquely positioned to capture a large, underserved market.You’ll join a high-performing team with multiple successful game launches, tens of millions of downloads, and deep expertise in mobile and real-money gaming.The Role:As Head of Growth , you’ll own acquisition, activation, monetisation, and early lifecycle optimisation. In a fast-moving startup environment, you’ll build a world-class growth engine that scales users, drives revenue, and creates a competitive advantage.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute growth strategies across paid acquisition, organic channels, affiliates, influencer marketing, and in-product virality.Define acquisition goals, budgets, KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV) and build dashboards to track performance.Collaborate with Product, Data, and Analytics teams to optimise funnels (onboarding, retention, upsell).Lead experimentation: A/B tests, landing page and funnel optimisation, and channel experiments.Identify audience segments, track trends, benchmark competitors, and analyse user behaviour.Manage ROI optimisation across all channels and drive brand partnerships and co-marketing opportunities.Work with Payments, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure growth initiatives meet regulatory and operational standards.Report to senior management with insights, results, and recommendations.Qualifications:5+ years in growth, user acquisition, or performance marketing in gaming, mobile, or online sweepstakes/real-money environments.Proven record scaling D2C apps with measurable growth (CAC, LTV, ROAS).Strong analytical skills and experience with funnel optimisation, dashboards, and cohort/LTV modelling.Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Passion for sports and gaming.Bonus skills:Experience in sweepstakes, DFS, regulated gaming, or betting.U.S. market experience or scaling international mobile growth.Experience with influencer strategy, creative production, and brand/partnership deals.What’s on Offer:Lead growth in a large, untapped market.Build a growth team from scratch alongside the founding team.Sport-obsessed, gaming-native team culture with high ambition.
