**About the role**

We are looking for a **Head of Talent** in Barcelona who has hands-on tech recruiting experience and has successfully scaled a tech company from 400 employees to 1,000+. You will design and lead a strategy to scale our hiring across all functions, with a core focus on building world-class tech teams.

**What challenges you’ll be solving**
- Own the Talent Acquisition strategy for seQura, designing and executing the roadmap to scale from 400 to 1,000+ employees
- Lead, mentor, and grow the Talent team**,** building the structure, tools, and capabilities needed for long-term growth
- Personally drive hiring for critical tech roles (engineering, product, exec), while building scalable systems to consistently hit hiring targets
- Act as a trusted advisor to tech leadership, deeply understanding current needs and anticipating future talent requirements
- Build and implement data-driven hiring playbooks to improve process efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and raise quality-of-hire
- Attract top-tier tech talent by leveraging network effects, market insights, and strategic employer brand positioning
- Continuously elevate hiring approaches by introducing fresh strategies, innovative sourcing methods, and best practices
- Design and roll out internal mobility programs to develop, engage, and retain high-performing technical and business talent
- Partner and resource with leadership on international expansion
- Assess and implement new tools and technology that enable scalable, high-quality hiring
- Build metrics, dashboards, and insights to guide leadership on headcount, workforce planning, and hiring performance

**What you’ll need**‍**
- Proven experience scaling a tech company from ~400 employees to 1,000+ employees
- At least 8-10 years in Talent Acquisition (tech + business) with 4+ years in leadership roles driving large-scale expansion
- Ideally, having worked as a hands-on tech recruiter and/or led large-scale technical hiring initiatives.
- Global hiring experience across multiple geographies
- Strong network in the tech ecosystem to help attract exceptional talent
- Proven success designing Talent Acquisition strategies and building hiring structures for future growth
- Ability to influence and inspire change: confidently challenging existing approaches to elevate and modernize talent practices
- Experience in implementing and scaling TA tools and systems for growth
- Data-driven mindset, using metrics to optimize hiring and team performance
- Experience building and implementing internal mobility programs.
- Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
