Weecover, top 100 insurtech in Spain and reference about Embedded Insurance into Insurance Market, awarded with South Summit 2021 Most Scalable Award & Best Insurtech / Fintech Startup, and just invested with 2,3 M € to empower and growth the team, is looking for a Head of Talent. Some of Weecover’s partners are top level companies as FNAC, PC COMPONENTES, XIAOMI, SEAT or FINTONIC.

Into Weecover we are looking to hire a Head of Talent to scale the company and help us fundamentally change insurance across the internet.

As Head of Talent, you will be the first HR executive in our team and you will make decisions that will have a significant impact on the culture, growth and long term success of Weecover.

What will be my challenges?
As a startup, the most important assets that we can offer to our employees is our mission and our culture. Our mission has been clear from day zero. However, our culture is just emerging. In this role, you will be responsible for encouraging, growing and cultivating the foundational elements of our culture so that it becomes embedded into every element of what we do and who we are as a company.
This position is a key strategic role in the company helping to grow the business and allowing us to build a unique and strong people-oriented culture at Weecover.
Develop and monitor our people & talent acquisition strategies, systems, tactics and procedures.
Build and execute our entire remote recruiting lifecycle.
Plan, manage and execute our people welfare and employee experience strategies.
Help us shape, design and execute a developer-driven culture.
Design and execute education & training plan.
**Requirements**:
What skills do I need?
A combined 3+ years of experience in HR with specific experience in recruitment into digital companies (experience in hiring globally will be an advantage).
Experience in building employer brand.
Good emotional intelligence.
You must communicate in Spanish and English. Additional languages will be a plus.
Can maintain and shape our team culture and take care of all welfare activities and management.
Knowledgeable in building and managing the full-cycle of remote & global recruiting efforts for top-notch talent.
Eligibility to work in Spain (EU residents or valid working visa).
Digital and Tech knowledge & hiring experience related to IT profiles.
Bonus skills & attributes
Experience in a fast-growing startup environment will be an advantage.
Genuine enjoyment of technology and a good understanding of Startup culture.
Provide leadership on people-related activities and policies across the company.
