Head of Product Operations

We're currently managing a **Head of Product Operations **role for an Entertainment company with offices in Barcelona.

As the Head of Product Operations, you'll be in charge of directly managing teams, handling product-related tasks, spearheading strategic planning and implementation, and actively participating in the daily operational aspects of the role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Product Development team and Product Owner to translate and execute their product strategies across the company, ensuring smooth integration and implementation within various product-focused departments' daily operations.
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of multiple product-related departments, and other business-operational areas tied to product functions.
- Promote cohesive collaboration among different departments, aligning their efforts with the overall product strategy and company goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a diverse team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in digital B2C products and leadership positions focusing on operations, with a robust track record of managing diverse teams and business functions.
- Established capability to collaborate effectively with product development teams to convert product strategies into actionable operational plans.
- Demonstrated proficiency in team leadership and motivation, achieving successful team managmenet.
