Your Career**

The Services Partner Director is responsible for the EMEA / LATAM partner strategy and plan within the Services and Support organization (GCS).

The Services Partner Director is a member of the EMEA/LATAM leadership GCS organization and an extended member of the EMEA/LATAM Ecosystem and Channel leadership sales organization.

GCS is running different partner programs:

- ASC: Authorized Support Center Program
- CPSP: Certified Professional Services Partner Program
- MSSP: Managed Security Services Provider Program
- PSPD: PS Partner Development Program

The Services Partner Director aligns with the Global Program owners to ensure that the EMEA/LATAM Partners achieve the overall joint objectives, including operational and financial performance targets.

The Services Partner Director works closely with the GCS Delivery Leaders to make sure that our Partners have the right enablement and access to the required Palo Alto Networks delivery and support experts.
- We are open to have this role based in Poland, Spain or the Czech Republic._

**Your Impact**
- Be the GCS primary point of contact for Partner executives and build trustworthy relationships with them
- Develop an understanding of the Partner strategy to jointly develop the GCS/Partner plans and define operational and financial goals
- Lead the different service partner teams to successfully deliver on the GCS/Partner plan and execute on our joint commitments
- Ensure that all GCS teams involved in the partner program have clearly defined roles, responsibilities and a clear understanding of their deliverables
- Drive collaboration and teamwork to execute the agreed GCS partner plan and monitor progress against the plan
- Partner with the Ecosystem and Channel Sales teams to ensure alignment between the EMEA/LATAM Sales and Services goals
- Form a strong relationship with all key internal stakeholders including Executive team members
- Document our Partner Services and Support requirements, challenges and priorities and communicate back to internal Global Stakeholders
- Support sales to position the right services and support offering to the partners
- Provide governance, oversight and support to several highly visible, business critical partner projects
- Identify opportunities for services delivery including professional services, support & success services, education, and partner services capabilities and offerings
- Provide executive level reporting and status to the GCS leadership team on all major activities
- Up to 20% travel to attend key Partner and Customer events

Qualifications**
Your Experience**
- 15+ years of professional experience in a Partner-facing role, working in a Service and/or Support organization
- Demonstrated leadership and team building capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships with technical, business, and senior/executive management stakeholders
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills with a demonstrated ability to create ‘win-win’ outcomes
- Results oriented with a proven ability to drive team engagements in an aggressive and time sensitive environment in a geographically dispersed model
- Able to work independently and take a logical and orderly approach to organizing work and planning actions
- Decisive: must be able to use initiative to make quick decisions to achieve objectives and targets
- Written and verbal communication in Spanish language is an advantage
