We are looking for a Partner Director to support our Team in Madrid, Spain What You'll Do: Lead and develop the commercial team managing X (Twitter) across the region, ensuring smooth execution and strong sales performance. Build the regional commercial strategy, including business plans, forecasting, and pipeline management, to drive sustainable revenue growth. Own senior-level relationships with agencies, key accounts, and C-suite stakeholders to integrate X into their digital and communication strategies. Act as the main liaison with our Partner (X – Twitter), ensuring continuous alignment, business reviews, and partner satisfaction. Oversee trading agreements, commercial deals, and incentive negotiations with agency buying departments and strategic partners. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, research, brand strategy, product, etc.) to ensure seamless execution and operational efficiency. Lead quarterly/weekly reporting, highlights, lowlights, and performance insights for Aleph and X management teams. Set and monitor KPIs for Client Partners, Client Success Managers, and SMB teams to ensure delivery on revenue-per-head and efficiency goals. Drive product adoption, strategic
