JOB PURPOSE

As our HRIS Integration Expert you will provide technical expertise and, increasing over time, thought leadership to the Global HR Platform organization on how best to leverage its Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) platform.

You will be accountable to ensure a stable, reliable and effective operating environment to support the IPaaS platform and related infrastructure (e.g., servers). You'll also participate in the design of data integration approaches that meet business requirements and leverage investment in IPaaS. you should aim to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with the product vendor (focused on technical capability, incident management, support and platform strategy, including updates, patches and new features), as well as the development teams that will use the integration platform. It is also expected that you will contribute to the creation and maintenance of development standards for the effective use of the integration platform.

The Solution Consulting Department within the Global HR Platform is responsible for delivering HR innovation opportunities and holistic HRIS advisory to the entire organization, promoting and inspiring new solutions with the use of latest new HR technologies. As a consulting team, we are also responsible to implement and deliver solutions to our customers and establish/transferring BAU capabilities for smooth operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible for managing the Global HR Integration-Platform-as-a-Service (IPaaS) middleware platform, SnapLogic- Provide expert guidance/assistance to the team on technical aspects, especially on problem solving and performance tuning- Research alternate solutions and educate team on industry trends- Collaborate with Global HR Platform teams, especially Product Delivery and Consulting, to provide integration solution design and implementation- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with various platform organizations to ensure consistent, supportable, and effective use of IPaaS platform.-
- Collaborate with and support Solution Consulting to gather customer requirements and assess opportunities- Focus on continuous improvement and stability within the platform- Establish and maintain an effective relationship with platform vendor to understand software release schedules, roadmap of product features, development best practices, etc.- Manage relevant platform updates per vendor guidelines and best practices (including software patches, updates, security and new deployment of new capability)- Build extensible data acquisition and integration solutions to meet the functional and non-functional requirements of the business- Conduct review of other integration developers’ development efforts to ensure consistent methodologies are followed and to make recommendations where necessary- Manage the platform lifecycle and establish a mid-term strategic roadmap for IPaaS platform.- Design and maintain integration templates, define related standards, and review data integration development.QUALIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE- Experienced HRIS professional- Extensive years of hands-on experience in designing and developing integrations and/or web services using various methods (e.g., API Protocols and data formats, such as REST, JSON, SOAP & XML)- Expertise in building integrations using SnapLogic-
- Understanding and experience of Enterprise/Solution architecture methodologies- Experience developing in Agile Methodology- Experience working with remote development teams (on and off-shore a plus)- Understanding of project management methodology and system management methodology- Ability to share and communicate ideas, both orally and in writing to Global HR Platform teams, technical resources and vendor support in clear language- Strong problem-solving skills and innovation mindset- Strong analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies.- Quick to embrace new technologies and ability to train others- Must be able to execute projects involving multiple teams with supervision, must be proactive- Passion for working with data and supporting analytic business solutions- Must be open to work during off hours/days as the need may arise
