This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of technology, partnership strategy , and business enablement in a rapidly growing B2B SaaS environment focused on sustainability. As a Partner Integration Expert, you will own and evolve our connector strategy with leading procurement software, ERPs, and tech ecosystem partners. You will drive strategic integrations and develop the offering with system integrators, and ensure our solutions are well-embedded within partner workflows, creating seamless experiences for joint customers. Key Responsibilities Define & drive the connector strategy across EcoVadis’ technology partner ecosystem (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, etc.)/Work closely with strategic tech partners to identify and shape the joint value proposition of existing and new integrations Work with Marketing to build client-facing material and partner marketplace listings Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions, Product, and Sales teams to prioritize and scope integration requirements and new partner integration opportunities Oversee connector builds with partners and system integrators, ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment with EcoVadis standardsLaunch and scale a System Integrator certification program in partnership with the Solutions teamAct as a subject-matter expert in partner enablement efforts, supporting pre-sales teams and partner-facing materialsTrack, analyze, and report on KPIs to evaluate integration success, partner adoption, and customer usage and positively influence the EcoVadis win rate in sales opportunitiesContinuously assess market and partner feedback to iterate on EcoVadis’ connector roadmap and go-to-market strategy Represent EcoVadis at relevant partner and industry events, promoting our integration vision QualificationsMust-Haves: Min 4 years of experience in a similar role in a SaaS or B2B tech environment Strong understanding of using APIs, middleware, and connectors to realise business value Proven experience in customer/partner-facing roles , ideally in a SaaS company Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa Solid project management skills ; ability to lead complex multi-stakeholder initiatives Excellent communication & stakeholder management abilities, both internally and externally Strong business acumen with a commercial mindset Education : Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field) Fluent in English Barcelona based (Mandatory 2 days in office) Nice-to-Have: Background in Sustainable Procurement, Supply Chain, or ERP ecosystems Experience working with system integrators or delivery partners Additional InformationLocation:Barcelona - Hybrid (4 days a month from the office)Start date: ASAPFull time contract Benefits: Support with all the necessary office and IT equipment Flexible working hours Wellness allowance for mental and physical wellbeing Access to professional mental health support Referral bonus policy Learning and development Sustainability events and community involvement Peer recognition program Employee-led resource groups Hybrid work organization (from the office or from home) Remote work from abroad policy Meals and Transportation Vouchers (Cobee card) Dental Benefits Life & Accident Insurance + Private Health Insurance Paid employee volunteer day Paid moving day (1/year) Time off: 1 Community Service Day + 1 Personal Day Summer Hours in July and August (36 hours per week) Hybrid Monthly Allowance for electricity and Internet Please, share with us your English CV and we can guarantee a response to every application.
