In this new role you will manage and oversee the operation of Veepee’s HRIS system for the NORTH scope (Benelux, Germany & Switzerland). You will recommend and implement system & process improvements to increase efficiency and create an automated workflow. You will report to the HRIS Group Manager and also be part of our HR North Team based in Brussels, What does this mean

**Maintain 'Workday' & generate reports**:

- Manage local business processes.
- Create, improve and manage reports & dashboards.
- Keep the database up to date with changes in employee information or organizational changes.
- Make sure security system administration is up to date.

**Provide support & share expertise**:

- You will be the main point of contact for the entire North scope.
- Offer HRIS training to HR colleagues & employees (user guides, tutorials, training sessions )

**Continuous system & process improvement**:

- In collaboration with the process owner you will improve/ease business processes and coordinate new feature requirements.
- Together with HR & IT you will analyse integration needs between workday and other tools and be in charge of these integration projects.
- Regularly analyse new features available in workday and make non regression tests.
- Help the business to ensure data accuracy.

**What else do you bring**:

- Min. 2 years experience in a similar job.
- You are organized so you can handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- You have a strong customer service focus and like to help others.You will regularly communicate with other local or group teams, so your English language skills are excellent. Knowledge of French is a plus.
- You feel comfortable with advanced Excel functions and like analytics.Knowledge of HR processes and/or HRIS systems.
