**Position Summary**:
We are recruiting a highly driven Human Resources Manager with a passion for people and a proven track record of successfully shaping organizations to achieve their goals. Reporting to the CEO, the Human Resources Manager oversees all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role focuses on assessing, coaching, and influencing the business as we scale and evolve to enable our teams to accomplish amazing things

**What will you do**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs through developing, engaging, motivating, and preserving human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Report to the CEO and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with and enforce compliance with established information security and privacy policies and standards and act in accordance with instructions and procedures received.

**What do you need**:
**Required**
- +5 years of experience as an HR Generalist/Manager or other HR Executive.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HRIS and databases.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Advanced in English and Spanish at both written and oral levels

**Valuable**
- Master in Human Resources
- Previous experience in highly regulated environments (Pharma, Medical Devices)
