Are you a forward-thinking HR leader passionate about shaping the future of education? We are seeking a Strategic Human Resources Manager to join our prestigious private school in the heart of Barcelona.In this pivotal role, you won't just manage processes; you will help to rethink our people strategy. You will report to the Headteacher and partner with the School Business Manager  to cultivate an environment of excellence, innovation, and wellbeing for our staff.  It is very important that you have a "hands-on" approach to actually work with the HR team and not only oversee HR functions.As our Strategic HR Manager, you will help to transition HR from an administrative function to a value-driven partner, utilising all relevant technology.
