The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. The HR Manager will work closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.QualificationsExperience in recruitment and selection, and employee relationsKnowledge of benefits administration, and performance managementFamiliarity with compliance and employment lawsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively with a diverse teamProficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldHR certification such as PHR, SPHR or equivalent is a plusExperience in a managerial role in the HR field is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
