As our Learning and Development Manager, you'll be the mastermind behind an educational revolution that's already producing extraordinary results: students scoring 4s and 5s across multiple AP exams and showing unprecedented growth on MAP assessments. **What you will be doing**

**Key Responsibilities**
Your core mission is to pioneer AI-driven, teacher-free education that delivers exceptional results across multiple campuses. Success means combining razor-sharp data analysis with meaningful student interactions to continuously evolve our learning ecosystem. Your report card? Student performance on AP exams and MAP assessment growth metrics.
- Advanced degree (Master's+) in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related field
- Battle-tested leadership experience in education or EdTech
- Hands-on experience with AI implementation in educational contexts
- Deep understanding of learning science and data-driven educational methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts into clear insights
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and navigate complex project landscapes
