As our Learning and Development Manager, you'll be the mastermind behind our AI-driven learning ecosystem. You'll blend data-driven strategies with hands-on student engagement, working across multiple campuses to craft personalized learning journeys that shatter achievement ceilings. Your mission? **What you will be doing**
- Design and refine an AI-powered learning ecosystem that demonstrably outperforms traditional education models
- Connect with students virtually to gather crucial insights for continuous ecosystem enhancement
- Leverage AI/ML, learning science, and motivational strategies to create high-impact interventions based on platform data
- Foster a culture of daring experimentation and data-driven decision-making to accelerate student growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate academic insights and student feedback into product improvements

**Key Responsibilities**
Spearhead AI-driven, teacher-free educational innovation across multiple campuses, delivering exceptional student outcomes. Synthesize data analytics with regular student feedback to continually enhance our learning ecosystem, with success measured by AP exam results and MAP assessment growth.
- Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related field
- Proven leadership in education or EdTech sectors
- Track record of designing and implementing AI systems for educational tasks (e.g., content generation, data analysis, adaptive learning)
- Deep understanding of learning science and data-driven educational methodologies
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex educational and technical concepts
- Experience in leading diverse teams and managing intricate projects
