**What you will be doing**
- Design and evolve a groundbreaking AI-powered learning ecosystem that consistently delivers superior academic outcomes
- Connect virtually with students to gather real-world insights and drive continuous platform improvements
- Transform complex learning data into actionable strategies using AI/ML capabilities
- Foster innovation through data-driven experimentation and bold thinking
- Collaborate with technical teams to evolve our platform based on student success metrics and feedback

**Key Responsibilities**

Lead the charge in developing and optimizing our AI-driven, teacher-free educational model across multiple locations. Success means combining sophisticated data analysis with hands-on student interaction to create a learning ecosystem that consistently produces exceptional AP scores and MAP assessment growth.
- Advanced degree (Master's+) in Education Science, Learning Science, Psychology, or related field
- Proven leadership experience in education or EdTech sectors
- Demonstrated success implementing AI solutions in educational contexts
- Deep knowledge of learning science and data-driven educational methodologies
- Excellence in translating complex concepts for varied audiences
- Track record of successful cross-functional team leadership
