Overview Join to apply for the Learning Specialist, 2 Hour Learning (Remote) - $60,000/year USD role at Crossover . This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. From any location with reliable internet, you will work on AI-driven learning optimization within the 2-Hour Learning framework, converting AI-generated performance metrics into precise, actionable interventions that guide each learner toward mastery. What You Will Be Doing Constructing highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing methodical analysis to identify issues, highlight irregularities, and initiate corrections within 48 hours Delivering immediate-response intervention calls and facilitating post-assessment coaching to eliminate blockers, distinguish knowledge deficits from mistakes, and sustain learner engagement Key Responsibilities Advance student learning performance through AI-powered analysis and immediate academic intelligence, evidenced by improved indicators such as 2× learning velocity, application engagement, lesson mastery, response precision, and diminished negative learning behaviors across the Alpha Anywhere network. Basic Requirements Proven experience in data science or comparable position, education, EdTech, or a student-facing role combining analytical and relational dimensions Competence in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering) Nice-to-have Requirements Foundation in learning science, pedagogical principles, or verified success enhancing outcomes via data-informed approaches Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting methodologies, and foundational coding capabilities (Python, JavaScript, etc.) With students consistently ranking in the top 1-2% nationally and the top 20% achieving a 6.At 2 Hour Learning, it's talent and performance that matter.
