MANAGED PAYMENT SERVICES INLATAM: Payment platform enabling multiple payment methods, cross-border settlements, KYC services, Local customer support, currency hedging, Prepaid Card.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work closely with the Commercial Director for setting the Business Development Strategy for the LATAM online market.
- Have a deep understanding of LATAM Gaming ecosystem and suggest an aggressive yet feasible Business Development plan.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Suggest optimizations, new product features etc. to our product and business development teams.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads, pursue new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and strategic partners in the [fintech/gaming] industry.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new clients and partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful implementation of new initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact the [fintech/gaming] sector.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's brand and generate business leads.
- Act as an Account/ project manager and lead the project end to end.
- Monitor overall progress of sales process to ensure that successful implementation occurs, providing feedback where needed.
- Lead client discussions and coordinate with internal teams in order to accommodate their needs effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful business development and sales achievements in the fintech/gaming industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the fintech/gaming sector, including market trends, products, and key players.
- Strong network of contacts and relationships within the [fintech/gaming] industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as required
- Result orientated and entrepreneurial attitude.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish?
