Are you a driven and determined individual with exceptional sales flair? Do you possess knowledge of the food industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Man-ager to join our retail business in Spain.

**Responsibilities**:

- Independently negotiate with defined food retail customers as a Senior Key Account Manager for the brand Business
- Manage distributors, Foodservice and convenience business
- Identify new product opportunities with customers and collaborate with other departments to implement them
- Achieve sales targets within the designated area of responsibility, with a focus on a high double-digit mil-lion turnover
- Coordinate internal interfaces in contact with customers to ensure holistic service delivery
- Monitor activities at key accounts and provide relevant information to all stakeholders
- Enable, motivate and develop the KAMs to deliver sustained business success.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in a key account or commercial role within the brand business of an FMCG company, preferably in the fresh/food sector, or a similar sales/commercial function within the food retail industry
- Distributor and Convenience Business knowledge
- Team Management experience
- Excellent knowledge of sales processes in a dynamic FMCG company and retail industry, along with a wide network of contacts
- Strong educational background, with a degree in business administration or equivalent training comple-mented by relevant professional experience
- Proven track record of successful sales achievements and a confident and engaging demeanor
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with a high level of proficiency in both languages
