- Join our dynamic team as a Senior Retail Manager In this role, you will lead and inspire our retail operation activities within La Rozas Village, driving sales and ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding experience.

**About the Role**
- Ensure that Bicester Village achieves its set sales targets, retail strategy and provides an excellent customer experience.
- Developing retail strategies to drive business growth and commercial success.
- Work with a portfolio of luxury brands to ensure delivery of sales goals.
- Development/maintaining relationships with brand partners to ensure we can maximise sales and business opportunities
- Support the wider team with business development and reaching our overall clientelling goals.
- Product and commercial planning with brand partners due deliver strategic goals with brands.
- Be a key partner for Bicester Village's Personal Shopping team to deliver our clientelling goals-brand partnership, events, product planning.
- Be a key partner for internal stakeholders in driving luxury brand performance in line with internal expectations.
- Liaising with leasing team for remerchandising activity including but not limited to new openings.

**Role requirements**
- Proven experience within luxury retail management.
- Experience in driving clientelling and luxury guest experience.
- Degree or relevant qualification preferred.
- Ability to work well with all business levels and customers.
- Creative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused with a deep understanding of quality service.
- Energetic, hands-on, and a tenacious self-starter.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and influencing change.
