- We are looking for a Retail Analyst to play a vital role in supporting the commercial success of our retail operations. In this role, you will help shape how the business plans, measures, and improves performance across the 100 retail brands that operate in Las Rozas Village.

**About the role**

Your primary focus will be to support our retail team and Retail Director in delivering against yearly business targets through strong planning, forecasting, and analysis:

- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes - build and manage detailed business calendars to anticipate and forecast business performance. Aligning across teams to ensure all criteria are accounted for that could impact performance. Ensure timely delivery of business budget and interannual forecasts.
- Analyze retail performance metrics (KPIs) such as footfall, sales, capture, conversion, and average spend per customer to support goal setting and decision-making.
- Develop and present executive-level reports and dashboards that summarize performance, trends, and insights for business reviews.
- Lead on building new reporting frameworks to highlight the impact that new growth projects might have on the performance of the brands in the village.
- Monitor and analyze Domestic and International customer perfmance in brands and segments to set sales targets.
- Track performance at the brand and cluster level, identifying growth opportunities and risks at both a high-level and detailed level.

**Role requirements**

Ideal experience and skills:

- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a Controller, Retail Analyst, or Commercial Business Partner role.
- Advanced skills in Power BI, Excel, Salesforce, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven retail environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience creating executive-level presentations and performance reports.
- Ability to work across departments, engage senior stakeholders, and influence decision-making.
- Knowledge of retail operations, brands, or customer insights is a plus.
- Self-starter who shows curiosity in understanding the business and who can add insight to questions linked to business performance.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
