Sales Operations Process Leader

Essential Job Functions:
- Identify and measure leading and lagging KPIs in the Lead Generation to Order Process including Lead Generation, Lead Conversion, Opportunity Pipeline Management, Pricing Excellence
- Lead project and organizational change management initiatives for identified improvement areas
- Utilize concise dashboarding tools to effectively communicate progress, gaps and insights to a diverse audience
- Implement and monitor controls in key processes
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flows, providing necessary training to stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other process owners to ensure end-to-end alignment in business processes
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Process Leadership, or related field
- Advance experience (5+ years) in Process Management, Design, and Improvement
- Advance experience (5+ years) in Sales Operations, strong preference in Performance KPIs and Pricing Administration
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and consistency in the Lead to Order process, emphasizing efficiency and profitability
- Strong focus on B2B sales operations processes with a passion for innovation.
- Proven track record of ensuring buy-in and understanding of SOPs and driving successful change management initiatives
- Fluent in English
