About The Role
We're looking for a

to join our Sales Operations team and support our Sales organization in its next phase of growth.
As a
Sales Operations Analyst
, you'll help our Sales Development, Account Executive teams operate efficiently: managing tools, keeping data clean, and improving processes. You'll collaborate closely with Sales leaders and stay in sync with the
Global Operations & Innovation team
to ensure we scale with consistency and intelligence.
What You'll Do
- Maintain sales pipeline hygiene: ensure deals are in correct stages, clear next steps, correct ownership.
- Build, update, and refine workflows and automations in HubSpot (or equivalent).
- Manage and troubleshoot key sales tools: Chilipiper, Sales Navigator, Modjo, Aircall, Reachdesk
- Create, maintain, and deliver reports/dashboards for sales metrics.
- Handle Sales Support tickets and ad-hoc requests from the sales team.
- Document processes, write training guides, and facilitate training sessions.
- Support small process improvement projects (tool rollouts, data cleanup, automation testing).
What We Expect From You
- 1–3 years experience in sales operations, sales support, or revenue operations (or similar).
- Experience using a CRM (HubSpot or equivalent).
- Strong attention to data accuracy and detail.
- Basic knowledge of sales funnel concepts.
- Good analytical skills (comfortable with reporting, dashboards).
- Comfortable with multiple tools and switching contexts.
- Clear communicator; works cross-functionally.
- Curious, organized, and eager to learn from global peers.
