Region South Europe is one of the 9 regions within the H&M Group and will have its headquarters in Barcelona, Spain. The Region runs across 5 markets: France, Belgium / Luxembourg, Spain / Portugal, Italy, Turkey
**Job Description**:
As a Regional Talent Manager you are responsible for establishing and implementing all performance, leadership and career development strategies and processes to secure and enable constant development and offer our internal and external talents a relevant and engaging talent experience within Region South Europe, making it possible for us to create a truly customer focused omni organization.
On this journey we´re all collaborating to create the best omni customer offer and as a Regional Talent Manager you will be a key player in making this happen. As a part of the Regional HR Team you will oversee people performance and leadership development programs and adapt and lead recruitment and career development strategies to secure a holistic approach that supports all functions within the region. You will participate in setting guidelines with the region for employer branding and guarantee a sustainable and engaging employee lifecycle experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- You establish short, mid and long-term performance management and development strategies and processes for the region
- You develop solutions and adapt global tools to enable accurate and constructive performance evaluation and employee development within the region
- You coach, develop and support Local HR departments and regional line managers to improve leadership skills and the leadership development methodology used on both regional and local level
- You define and roll-out the regional talent strategy and collaborate with the regional HR team and global talent functions in developing tools and processes to secure all the phases of career development (internal attraction, employer branding, recruitment and development)
- You participate in generating and adapting global solutions and you support regional line managers and local HR to enable quality succession planning and pipeline development for the region and markets
- You analyse the employee lifecycle within the region to determine key moments, identify needs and establish strategies to improve employee experience and engagement
- You support digitalisation of all performance, development and career growth tools in order to improve employee experience throughout the lifecycle
- You keep up to date with digital solutions for talent management and, in collaboration with HR Tech, support the organisation in the implementation of these tools when necessary
- You are a key partner in establishing and developing the I&D strategy in the region

- You have 5+ years’ experience within talent management on a international level or equivalent (preferably within retail)
- You have a degree or master’s in business administration, executive HR management or equivalent
- You have a proven track record of setting and implementing strategies and driving results
- You have strong analytical skills, are curious and solution-oriented, with the capacity to translate business needs into HR solutions
- You have long-term vision combined with an action-oriented and hands-on approach
- You have a strong understanding of business strategy within multinational organizations (preferably within retail) and future digital trends and the ability to support transformation and change agenda
- Previous experience in the implementation and use of digital HR solutions and tools is highly valuable
- You have previous experience in leading a team and capacity to adapt your leadership and coach employees and managers at all levels within the organization
- You are a strong team player and have the ability to work and collaborate with multiple functions and touchpoints
