**Ciklum **is looking for a **Talent Sourcing Consultant **to join our team full-time in Malaga.

We are a custom product engineering company that supports both multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.

**About the role**:
We welcome a self-driven person, who is able to manage own time and priorities and work in a multitasking mode, excellent communicator with good presentation skills and positive and result-oriented attitude.

**Responsibilities**:

- Search and engage both passive and active talent for assigned pool of vacancies
- Combine and activate various technical tools and sources depending on search specifics

**Requirements**:

- Higher degree (technical OR IT is a plus)
- At least 6 months of experience in recruitment / HR
- Passion for technology and innovation
- Strong communicator, ability to influence others
