Preply is driven by a culture of experimentation and data-driven learnings, focused on building best-in-class consumer and enterprise solutions. **The Role** We're looking for a Lead Talent Sourcer to join our team and take the responsibility to set up the sourcing activity at Preply. We are expecting you to demonstrate your ability to build pipelines for world class talent, and to provide advise on what will be the right dimension of the sourcing team. In addition, we are looking for someone with passion to create long-term connections, experience advising talent acquisition teams on market trends, and providing support in building diverse funnels. At Preply we have a strong culture of experimentation, so we will be responsible for benchmarking and testing the best sourcing tools in the market, and implementing the ones that will allow us to engage with the best talent. As part of this role, you'll also participate in different projects with the aim to improve the way we hire, including employer branding and DE&I activities. **As Lead Talent Sourcer, you will**: - Use different social media platforms and Internet tools to engage with the best talent. - Contribute in Talent Acquisition related projects including Operations, Employer Brand and Diversity and Inclusion. - Optimize the way we use the existing sourcing tools in the team (i.e. Linkedin Recruiter) - Recruiting Talent Sourcers. **What we are looking for**: - Previous experience as Senior or Lead Talent Sourcer. We don't care about the "years of experience".
