Talent Sourcer - EMEA Region ES

**Purpose of the job**
- This is a **3-month assignment with the**possibility** to extend**, and we offer a **hybrid working model with three days per week in the office**.

**Key tasks & responsibilities**- Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to understand hiring needs and sourcing priorities Use a variety of sourcing tools and techniques to identify and engage high-quality talent- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system**Qualifications**- Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role working across EMEA markets-
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent databases, social platforms) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-
- Fluency in English essential, other European languages (particularly German, French, or Spanish) would be a plus-
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize across multiple roles-
