**Your mission**:
**Responsibilities**:
**_ Your day to day with us: _**
- Source to find tech talent through a variety of channels and using diverse sourcing tools and techniques
- Serve as an advisor with regards to sourcing best practices to include sourcing strategy, evaluation technique and decision making
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization.
- Be our brand ambassador
- Research and target new talent sourcing channels, constantly working to uncover new hidden talent
- Support on end to end recruitment for Digital Hub roles
Qualifications:
**_ What will you need to succeed? _**
- 2+years of proven technical sourcing expertise in a dynamic business environment
- Expertise using a variety of sourcing tools & techniques including but not limited to Boolean search, aggregators, automation tools, Linkedin recruiter.
- Demonstrated success in filling high hiring-bar requisitions where only the most exceptional talent both technically and interpersonally
- Proficiency in traditional sourcing techniques to include online social and professional networks in addition to demonstrated ability to source 'beneath the surface' - targeted sourcing campaigns, targeted networking, calling for names and blog channels
- Good communicator with the ability to influence effectively
- Interest to participate in project work and event management
