We’re looking for full-time **Compliance Officer** to help our Compliance Team with the quality operations.

**The Role**
- Guide, help, support, and train agents to ensure they are comfortable with all compliance guidelines
- Help to sell according to the company policies and provide high quality service successfully
- Know all compliance rules and guidelines by heart and follow them strictly
- Evaluate calls every day
- Provide live coaching when necessary to sales and support colleagues
- Report issues to Compliance Manager when necessary
- Work with Sedric AI software every day to ensure it learns and improves the best way possible in different languages
- Enforce the compliance rules for every sale and support agent in the company
- Arrange calibration sessions with entire teams to refresh compliance rules and if necessary new compliance rules
- Provide the mandatory new starter compliance training to new employees
- Take care of tickets assigned to them by Compliance Manager
