We are looking for a dynamic, hard-working individual to join our team in our Torremolinos office.

IMPORTANT: You must speak fluent Dutch & English, and it's advantage if you speak Spanish.

Are you someone that is helpful, friendly, has patience and compassion with an understanding of basic technology and/or cloud solutions?

As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible, together with the aftersales team, for handling all incoming & outgoing questions, by telephone, by mail or via web chat. You will be directly speaking to members throughout the Netherlands who are elderly and venerable. You will be supporting care teams that provide homecare and providing a support structure that allows independence to all our members. All training will be provided but experience if this field is desirable.

Experience with 'troubleshooting' is a plus. You must be able to find out by asking clear questions which problems our customer/members or care providers are experiencing, and you know how to solve them with the tools available for this.

Job requirements:

- (MBO+ / HBO) or equivalent
- Excellent command of the Dutch language (spoken & written)
- Mastery of the English language in word & writing
- Stress resistant & flexible
- Service-oriented
- Discreet & reliable
- Living in the Torremolinos region
- Experienced in working with technology and cloud-based reporting systems
